Tri Spirit now have six events in their stable including triathlons, duathlons, aquabikes and runs.

Best recent sporting moment – Liz won the John Flitch MTB Duathlon 2014
Worst sporting moment – Having four litres of saline pumped into her body at Challenge Barcelona 2009 and being carted off in an ambulance – she learnt to get the nutrition right for her next ironman.

Best recent sporting moment – Taking an hour off her ironman time at Challenge Barcelona 2009
Worst sporting moment – Taking an hour of her ironman time at Challenge Barcelona 2009. Would have been two hours if Liz hadn’t been taken ill!
