Triathlon Specific First Aid course 

Tri Spirit Events has teamed up with ExiMed.UK to create a Triathlon England officially sanctioned course, which delivers a one-day First Aid course designed for triathlon clubs, marshals and coaches. 

The course will be run on 15th April, the day will consist of lectures, demonstrations and group work, the day will end with practical scenarios to reinforce all the theory and practical skills that you have learnt over the day, all relevant to triathlon.

Attendees will receive Emergency first aid at work certificate accredited to Level 2.

What’s involved

The course will cover the following subjects:

The role of the First aider Treatment of Choking
Managing an Incident Treatment of Wounds
Priorities of First aid Treatment of Fractures
Resuscitation Management of Heat conditions
Management of an Unconscious casualty Management of Cold conditions

The course fees include: Course manual, certification, tea and coffee throughout the day.
